I ordered 6x Stavern knobs thinking they were hooks. I reached out to customer service and they sent me the screws needed to convert the knobs to hooks at no charge - I was pleasantly surprised and ecstatic that they were able to do this given it was my mistake when ordering the knobs in the first place. Great service and the items were all perfect and look amazing in my entryway. Items arrived quickly as well!
Very pretty drawer knobs! I replaced the basic ones that came with my dresser to better match the colour scheme of my bedroom. They are subtle but nice. Item arrived quickly and with secure packaging, seller included two sizes of screws but I did need to buy smaller ones in the end.
