Do you offer professional discounts?
Yes, we offer a discount to industry professionals (interior designers, cabinet makers, furniture restorers, home renovators, etc.) Please contact us with your business name and website address so that we can activate your professional discount.
What do the size numbers mean?
The hole-to-hole size is measured from the centre of one screw hole to the centre of the other screw hole. For example, a Size 128 handle has a hole-to-hole measurement of 128 millimetres. Knobs that are available in multiple sizes are called Size 1, Size 2, etc., with the larger number indicating a larger size.
What type of screws come with the hardware?
Our hardware is shipped with M4 machine screws. Most hardware ships with 25 mm screws. (Some items will also ship with a second choice of length.) The screws will work for most projects and standard board widths, but occasionally a shorter/longer screw will need to be purchased separately. Please contact us with any questions about screws.
What if I receive a damaged/defective item?
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will send you a free replacement.
What is your warranty?
Should a product become defective within one year of purchase, please contact us to request a free replacement.
