Top notch customer service and product! We actually needed to order replacement pulls because our cabinet maker used an electric drill instead of hand tightening so the connector piece snapped on two of the pulls. Posh replaced our pulls for us without charge. Really outstanding customer service and we are so happy with our new pulls. Will definitely purchase from this company again. Thank you!
